1 box chocolate cake mix *
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten with fork before adding
2 or more bars white chocolate or milk chocolate candy bar OR a bag of
chocolate or colored melting discs

* can use any flavor cake mix
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line large cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, empty bag of cake mix, add oil and beaten egg. Mix with spatula or spoon until well combined. Roll into desired size balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes till set, remove from oven, immediately place 1 or 2 section pieces of chocolate on each cookie, depending on size of cookie, TURN OFF OVEN and return sheet to oven till chocolate begins to melt....this step will only take a matter of a few minutes. Remove sheet and immediately spread chocolate with a butter knife over the cookie. Let cookies cool on sheet and the chocolate is set.

***As stated, use any flavor of cake mix. Also, if you are doubling the recipe, you can use a bag of the chocolate discs, the colored discs are a great option...I would use 2 discs per larger cookie.***
