4 1/2-inch pork chops--either boneless or bone in
2 eggs beaten
Crushed saltine cracker crumbs
Oil for frying

Directions:

Dip each pork chop in beaten egg and then in crushed saltine cracker crumbs
Fry in oil until the coating is a golden brown
Bake in a baking dish in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes until done.
