1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. cornstarch
6 T. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter, mix with flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar until well mixed. Use wax paper (top and bottom) to roll out dough. Cut into even circles about 1/8” thick. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 min. until golden brown. Let cool. Put together (sandwich like) with Manjarblanco.

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Place unopened can in saucepan and cover with water. Simmer for 2 hours, adding water when needed (keep covered with water). Let cool completely before opening. Spread on Alfajores and dust with powdered sugar, if desired. Spread will keep in refrigerator up to 3 months.
