1 tbsp. Plain gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
3 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups Whole milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 egg whites. Stiflfly beaten
1 cup Whipping cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1 bar German Sweet chocolate, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water. Mix yolks, sugar, milk, salt and vanilla in top of a double boiler. Cook until mixture coats a spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in softened gelatin. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and beaten egg whites. Sprinkle 1/2 of grated chocolate in 9 x 9 glass pan. Pour in souffle mixture and cover with rest of chocolate. Chill overnight.
