2 C sugar
1 C oleo
1 C sweet milk
1 tsp vanilla & lemon
7 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt


filling:
1 box raisins
3/4 C water
1 C sugar
cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the cookies. Roll dough onto a floured surface. Using a cup or doughnut cutter, cut out rounds.

Mix filling ingredients together adding only 1 tsp at a time of the cornstarch until it thickens. Let cool as well.



Spoon filling mixture onto a cookie round, place another round on top. Use a fork to seal the edges. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 until golden brown.
