3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1 c butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c coconut
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c walnuts, chopped
12 oz white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine sugars and butter, beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well in between. Add vanilla, mix.
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together; add to dough, mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mix.

Drop rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes, until light golden brown. Cool.
