1½ Cup (3 sticks) Melted salted butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Well beaten egg
2 Tsp. Vanilla
4 Cups Self rising flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar
Add egg and vanilla
Beat well, add flour until a smooth dough forms
Fill cookie press and squirt onto a well greased cookie sheet
Bake 8-10 minutes
Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.
