2 cups scalded milk
1 cup lard or margarine
½ cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 packages yeast
¼ cup warm H20
2 eggs beaten
7 cups flour (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scald milk and add the lard, butter, or margarine to dissolve.

2. Add sugar and salt

3. Dissolve yeast in warm H20. Add to liquid mixture.

4. Add flour to the above mixture and beat until right consistency 1 or 2 cups at a
time. (soft and pliable)

5. Cover with a towel and let raise in a warm place until double. Punch down or stir
down. Let raise again.

6. Make balls out of dough, indent center with thumb or spoon. Fill with desired
filling. Let raise again. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400º
