2 1/4 c, all purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 cup Crisco
3/4 c granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 t, vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Nestles Semi-sweet morsels

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda; and salt in small bowl. Beat Crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375º for 9-11 minutes. Do not overcook. Take them out before they get brown. Let stand 2 minutes and remove from cookie sheet to cool.

This is the only recipe I use to make chocolate chip cookies. Everyone always likes them. Rob liked to eat the batter as well as the cookies. I would always make them for Zach too and when the Zach and Savannah would come for the day; we always tried to make these.
