1 cup - Margarine or butter (room temperature)
1 1/4 cup - firmly packed brown sugar (yellow)
1/2 cup - sugar

Mix these 3 ingredients together in a small separate bowl
2 - eggs (jumbo)
2 TBSP - milk
2 tsp - vanilla

Mix these 3 ingredients together in a small separate bowl
1 3/4 cup - All purpose flour or Bobs Red Mill Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp - Baking Soda
1/2 tsp - salt

2 1/2 cup - Robin Hood 100% Whole Grains Quick Oats
2 cup - Hershey's Chipits
1 cup - crossly chopped walnuts or pumpkin & sunflower seeds
3/4 cup - chopped dried cranberries (Ocean Spray Original)

375º line baking sheet with parchment paper

BEAT margarine or butter and sugars until creamy.
ADD eggs, milk and vanilla. BEAT well
Slowly ADD half of the flour, baking soda and salt mixture.
MIX well, ADD remaining flour mixture. Mix well. Batter will be smooth and thick.
STIR in oats, mix well, add chocolate chips, nuts and cranberries, mix well.

Use 1/4 cup and drop on parchment paper .. 6 scoops per sheet
BAKE 13 minutes, let cool 1 minute then with spatula transfer to cooling rack
