2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp anisette flavoring
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1| Preheat oven to 400º
2| In bowl, beat eggs and sugar, then mix in honey and anisette.
3| Add flour and baking powder, mix well.
4| Let batter stand for 15 minutes.
5| Stir batter and pour on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
6| Spread batter in center of the pan to make one long loaf, about 2.5 inches wide and 16" long.
7| Bake for 12-15 minutes, until loaf is firm.
8| Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
9| Slice into 1.5 inch slices and return to cookie sheet on sides.
10| Put back in oven until golden.
