1/2 cup shortening
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup honey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix shortening, peanut butter and honey. Add eggs mix well. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder; add to peanut butter mixture and mix well. Roll into 1 - 1 1/2 in balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in water. Bake at 350 F for 8 - 10 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen
