2 - 3 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 -3 ripe bananas (1 banana = 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup shortening or oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add salt, tartar, soda and powder. Add oil and sugar and mix. Add mashed bananas and stir in flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.. Frost. The more flour you add the more heavier and fluffy.
