30 colored Marshmallows - cut in pieces
4 squares chocolate
1 egg
1tbsp Butter
1 cup Icing Sugar
Dessicated Coconut ( or desecrated for Marg)
Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and Butter over boiling water in top of double boiler
Remove from heat and add icing sugar and egg - beat till smooth
Add marsh mallows
Turn out onto wax paper, form into logs and roll in coconut and walnuts
Refrigerate

I think this makes 2 logs and like so many of the older recipes there are often amounts left out. Also not sure what kind of chocolate but I'm thinking semi-sweet
Grandma did write "If you put some butter on your hands you will find it easier to roll"
