1 cup fine almond flour
1/4 c coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tblsp coconut oil or butter (NOT melted)
3/4 cup of packed coconut sugar OR brown sugar
1.5 tsp of vanilla
1 egg
1.25 cups of chocolate chips (I use dairy free Enjoy Life chunks)

Directions:

Mix the dry ingredients.
Beat the wet ingredients and combine with the wet. Add the chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 350
Roll the dough into balls (about 16) and place on parchment on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until brown.
