1¼ cups butter, softened
1⅔ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1⅔ cups (10oz pkg) Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt; gradually blend into butter mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes.(Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling).
