2 cups whole milk or part cream like the old days;-)
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup sugar
3 slightly heaping tablespoons of flour
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 graham cracker pie crust and crumbs for sprinkling on pie top if not using meriqune

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and salt in pan on medium low heart. Mix egg yolk with a little cold milk. Add flour and sugar. Then add to warm milk. Stir until thick and bubbly, then add butter and vanilla. Put in graham cracker shell. Use egg whites for meringue. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes to brown up meringue.

This was one of Kenneth's favorites. Edna always made this for Kenneth's birthday! We used to get milk from the bulk tank to make this. I think "Blackie's" was the best!
