I cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda mix with 2 tsp hot water
3 cups flour
2 cups chocolate chunks
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Cream softened butter, then add white and brown sugar and cream and mix well. Next add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Mix baking soda & water in small cup then add to the mixture. Add the flour, chocolate and pecans at the same time and mix till combined. Bake for 7 - 12 minutes, allow to slightly cool before removing from baking sheet.
