1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
Add vanilla and egg.
In a seperate bowl, combine the flour, soda and salt. Add to the butter mixture.
Stir in pecans and chocolate.
Drop by the spoonful onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 min.
