1 Tbsp gelatin
1/2 C cold water
1/2 C boiling water
1/2 C sugar
3 egg whites
1 1/2 C moist coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water until soft, then dissolve it in the boiling water. Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Allow gelatin to cool partly When it begins to set, beat the egg whites until stiff and beat in gelatin. Fold in the coconut and spread in the layers.
