1 med. cabbage (chop or shred)
1 tspn. salt
3 stalks celery (chopped)
½ green pepper (chopped)
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
½ c. water
1 tspn. celery seed
1 tspn. mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let stand for one hour. Squeeze liquid out well.

Mix cabbage, celery & green pepper. Let stand.

Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Boil for one minute.

Pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Freeze.
