1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 C. white sugar41 egg
1 1/3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 C. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream butter, sugars and egg. Mix soda in flour. Add vanilla, coconut and flour. Drop by small balls on cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until cookies just begin to brown.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
