2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 C. rolled oats, quick cooking
1 C. raisins o chocolate chips or coconut (your choice)
1 C. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Sift together dry ingredients. Add oats and raisins (or chips or coconut). Mix thoroughly. Make a hole and add in order: oil, eggs, milk. Mix. Drop by teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet 1 1/2" apart.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cookies are light brown and set.
