1 Box of Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake Mix
4 eggs- well beaten'
1/2 cup- oil
1 Can 11oz Mandarin Orange---DO NOT DRAIN



ICING--
1-20oz can of crushed pineapple
1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
Large Cool whip bowl
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cake Mix, eggs, oil, and oranges,
Pour into lightly greased pan
Bake @ 350 for 25 Minutes

Mix pineapples and instant pudding and let thicken--about 5 mins
Add 2/3 Of Large Cool whip bowl
Fold in gently and Refrigerate Cake

This was one of my Grandma Hardings Favorite Cake Recipes! The aroma of this cake as it bakes is heavenly! I ponder all of the wonderful memories we shared with her, and the love she gave that always made you feel like you were HOME! I bake this cake in memory of her. A true matriarch of a family, that is missed every single day.
