1 cup corn starch
1 cup confectioners sugar (10X or powdered sugar)
2 cups flour
1½ cups softened butter (3 sticks)
Your favorite jam - strawberry, blueberry, mixed berry, etc0
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift corn starch, flour and confectioners sugar into mixing bowl.

2. Cut butter into mixture, first using two knives, then use hands until soft and smooth dough forms.

3. Form into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie tray. Put thumb print into ball, creating a depression. Fill depression with about 1/2 teaspoon of jelly.

4. Bake at 300º for 20-25 minutes.

Uncle Mike loved these cookies, and so did Bryan and Kevin. Not really good on a healthy diet, but then sometimes you just have to break away from healthy - you can always hike or Jazzercise after eating a few!
