1 large bottle of ketchup
2 tsp celery seed
1 cup chopped onion, or ½ c dried
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey, optional
1 cup water
½ cup vinegar to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Simmer until thickened. Spread on meat while grilling or use for barbecued beef or pork.
