1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg

Mix peanut butter and sugar.
Add beaten egg and mix. Roll into balls, and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten criss-cross with a fork. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
