1 Can Evaporated Milk
4 1/2 Cups HOT water
3/4 Cup Potato Flakes
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
3 Heaping Tbsp Yeast
2 Heaping Tbsp Salt
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
12 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except flour. Then add flour until the dough pulls away from the sides. Beat for 5 minutes. Let dough sit in bowl for 15 minutes.

Shape the dough into balls (about the size of a lime) and place them on a cookie sheet 7 down and 5 across- about 35 rolls per pan. Allow the dough to rise for an hour or until they double in size.

Bake at 350º for 18-22 minutes, until golden brown. After removing from oven, immediately brush tops of hot rolls with butter.
