1 c. cooking oil
1 c. margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat oil, margarine, white sugar, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy
2. Add to the creamed mixture above, flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar
3. CHILL
4. Make into small balls and press down with bottom of glass dipped in flour
5. Sprinkle top with sugar
6. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes
