3 tbsp. butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 can (15 oz.) sliced pineapple, drained
Melt butter in a large iron skillet
Spread brown sugar over butter, then lay pineapple slices – close together over the sugar.

½ cup butter
2 cup flour
½ cup milk
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

- Cream together butter and sugar

- Separate eggs and beat yolks and whites separately. Add yolks to the sugar
mixture.

- Sir together flour and baking powder until its combined – or sift

- Alternating add milk and dry ingredients to the eg yolk/sugar/butter mixture

- Add vanilla and fold in egg whites

- Pour over pineapple slices in the skillet

- Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes

- Loosen around edges and turn out onto a large plate so fruit side will be up.

- Serve with whipped cream.
