½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp milk
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt

30 ml cocoa powder
1 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & margarine, beat in egg, vanilla & milk.
Combine flour, bp & salt, then add to creamed mixture; make a ball & divide in half.
Add cocoa mixed with butter to one portion & mix well.
Roll each portion between waxed paper to 1/8" thick. Both should be the same size.
Remove wax paper on one side of each; invert white over chocolate. Remove top paper, & roll as for jelly troll, removing lower paper as you roll. Wrap & chill overnight.
Slice thinly to bake. Bake at 350º for about 6 minutes.
