2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Graham Crackers or Club Crackers
Large Symphony or Dove chocolate bar (6-7oz on average)

Non stick foil

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 sticks of butter and 1/2 cups sugar for 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and chopped pecans.

Line a raised side baking sheet with non stick foil. Line crackers (I use Club Crackers) on foil.
Spoon hot mixture over the crackers and bake at 350º for 8 minutes.
Let stand for for 2 minutes then remove from foil to a wire rack to cool.

Melt chocolate bar by chopping it up and melting in microwave for 30 second intervals stirring in between until melted fully.

Drizzle the choc over the cooled crackers. Let chocolate harden and enjoy.

**(Add 1 T butter to chocolate mixture if it is too thick to drizzle)
