(Mix 1)
1 c sugar
1/3-1/2 c cocoa or 2 sq chocolate
1/3 c flour
1/4 tsp salt

3 egg yolks and 1 egg white
2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 T butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first mix and part of milk
Add eggs then rest of milk.
Cook on stovetop till thick
Add vanilla and butter
