3 Cups firmly packed Confectioners sugar
7 Tbls. cocoa
2 Tbls. flour
4 egg whites
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and flour.
Add egg whites - Beat with mixer on high speed for 1 minute. Stir in nuts.

Using 1 1/2 Tbls. for each drop- 2" apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press tops of cookies lightly with top of spoon.

Bake in pre-heated 350 degrees oven. 12 minutes.
Cool on parchment paper before removing.

Should be crispy cracking on top and chewy in the center.

This recipe is very temperamental! Room temp eggs .
Tops appear cracked and center should be chewy. Minimal shelf life!!!!!!!
Keep in air tight container up to one week or in refrigerator.
