6 sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
¼ - ½ c. pecans, finely chopped
salt
pepper
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and bake sweet potatoes at 350º for 1 hour. Scoop out potatoes and mash. Add butter, pecans and dash of salt and pepper. Mix in baking dish. Top with marshmallows and bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.
