Granny's Corn Fritters Recipe

2 Eggs
1 small can of cream corn
¾ cup Bisquick
¾ cup Milk

Directions:

1. Separate 2 eggs- beat whites until fluffy & think
2. In another bowl, combine 2 yolks, cream corn, ½ to ¾ cup Bisquick, and milk. Stir. Note: Batter should be thinner than for regular pancakes
3. Add egg whites and fold in.
4. Put about a ¼ Tbsp oil in an iron skillet and heat to almost smoking.
5. Using gravy ladle, put spoonful's of batter in hot grease- 2 at a time.
6. Fry to golden brown

Every once in awhile Granny would have a Corn Fritter morning! Pops, Sam and Kristin would have to get to Granny's at 7am, but it was always fun to start the day with a Corn Fritter morning!

The tick to making these perfect is that both the Cornfritters and syrup should be thin!
