1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Flor
2 Cups Milk
3 Eggs Separated
1 Stick Butter
2 Tsp. of Vanilla
1 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
2-3 Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan mix 3/4 cups of sugar with flour. Add milk and stir until mixed well. Beat the yolks of the eggs and add milk mixture. Cut stove eye on medium heat. Stir constantly to make sure no lumps form. When thick melt butter and vanilla. In a baking dish lined with wafers and bananas pour mixture in. For the merign beat egg whites with 1/4 cup of sugar and cream of tartar until they form stiff peaks. Place in an oven that is preheated to 350º. Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
