1 large pork shoulder roast
garlic cloves
onion powder
tabasco sauce
4-5 cups beef broth
teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup wine
worchestershire sauce
fresh mushrooms
green pepper
4 stalks celery
black pepper
onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover roast in oil and coat with flour.
2. Brown roast on both sides.
3. Cut slits in sides of roast and stick garlic cloves in the holes. sprinkle with onion powder ad tabasco sauce (depending on how spicy you want).
4. Add other ingredients to roasting pan.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
