2 cups flour
2cups brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup nuts (optional)
1 cup Caramel chips
Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 3 ingredients until crumbly, reserving 1 cup
Press in bottom of greased jelly roll pan
Mix other ingredients
Pour over crumbs
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs & chips
Bake 350º 15-20 minutes
