2/3 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP

1 CUP WATER

FLAVORING OILS (not extract)
sassafras-1 tsp
anise-3/4 tsp
peppermint-3/4 tsp
lemon-2 tsp
wintergreen- 1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon-3/4 tsp
clove-1/2 tsp

MIX SUGAR, SYRUP AND WATER IN SAUCE PAN

HEAT TO A HARD CRACK (310 degrees) STIRRING FREQUENTLY.

POUR MIXTURE INTO A WELL OILED 9X13 PAN

SCORE WITH A METAL SPATULAL. STARTING AT EDGES AND MOVING INWARD AS IT COOLS.

SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR
