1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Roll, cut out, and bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan while still warm and place on cooling rack.

I make the frosting using powdered sugar, a little butter, a little milk, and a couple drops of vanilla. You can color using food coloring.
