2 cups water
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup bacon grease
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water until warm and add the yeast; let set until ready to use. Mix sugar, slt and bacon grease into flour then add the water with the yeast. Mix thoroughly with hands, adding additional flour as needed, Place dough in a large greased bowl and cover with a towel. Let rise until double in size. Knead dough again, then pinch off roll size pieces and place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Let rise again until double in size. Bake in 350º oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
