4 teas Baking Powder
1/2 teas salt
1 teas sugar
1 egg
1 cup butter
1 cup cream or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and other dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix. With a shortening blender cut butter into mix until uniformly blended. Add cream and blend. roll out dough and cut with a large cookie cutter circle and place on baking pan or cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 20 mins
