For crust:
18 graham crackers / 2 c crumbs
1/2 c butter/oleo (melted)
For cake:
3 8oz packages of cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
For topping:
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to crumbs and mix.
Line bottom of 9 x 12 pan.
Cream the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, & vanilla.
Pour over crumb mixture.
Bake at 300º for 1 hr.
Take out cake and turn up to 350º.
Pour mixed topping ingredients over cake.
Return to oven and bake 5 min.
