1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 cups chow mein noodles (not pasta)
1/2 cup peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and butterscotch chips for 1 minute and stir.
Keep microwaving for 30 second increments and then stirring until melted and smooth.
Add powdered sugar and stir again.
Add chow mein noodles and peanuts and stir until incorporated.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Drop haystacks by heaping spoonfuls onto parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
