6 Eggs
1¼ C. Sugar
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 tsp. Orange Zest
2 T. Anise
1 Stick Softened Butter
½ C. Crisco
2 C. Milk
1 Pkg. Yeast (dissolved in ¼ C. Water)
14 C. Flour
¾ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar, lemon zest, orange zest, anise, butter and Crisco. Add milk and yeast dissolved in water to mixture. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Add flour mixture. Let rise, forms balls and let rise in cake pan. Bake 350º for 25 minutes.
