1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup post-toasties (what is this? my feet after I put on my fuzzy socks?)
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup peanuts
1 cup oatmeal

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill for 2 hours.
Shape into balls.
Roll in sugar.
Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
