1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup grated raw zucchini
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in egg. Add zucchini and soft dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in raisins walnuts. Bake at 325º for 15 mins.
