1½ sticks of butter
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
3 cups oats
½ pkg chocolate chips
½ pkg butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Soften butter, Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg and water. Slowly add in flour, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix in oatmeal, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Roll into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
