2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 1/2 cups quick oats
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk
Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat
Add pudding mix and oats
Mix and cool for 15 minutes
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper
